Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days starting from the day after the product is received.
If the request is submitted after the deadline or does not meet the return policy requirements, the designer reserves the right to reject the refund request. Please communicate with the designer before submitting your application.
The following product types are not eligible for refunds due to personal reasons:
- Custom-made / personalized products
- Personal hygiene products
Refund Process
- The designer will contact you within 3 business days after receiving your refund request.
- If the return is approved, please send the item back within 3 business days. Kindly inform the designer via message after shipment, including the shipping carrier and tracking number to avoid delays in communication.
- Once the returned item is received, the designer will inspect its condition and complete the refund process within 3 business days.
