Q: Do I need to register as a member to place an order?

Yes 😊 Membership unlocks lots of little perks!

Besides being able to track your orders and view your purchase history, you’ll also earn reward points, receive birthday credits, and even have the chance to upgrade to VIP status.

We also prepare member-only discounts from time to time, plus a special annual thank-you event just for our members ^^


Q: How do I earn and use reward points?

For every NT$100 spent, you’ll earn 1 point. Points are issued one day after your order is completed.

Each point equals NT$1 and can be applied at checkout on your next purchase 🤩

(A minimum order of NT$200 is required, and up to 20% of the order total can be redeemed.)


Q: How do I get store credit, and how can I use it?
Depending on your membership tier, you’ll receive birthday credits on your birthday 🎂

 (Please refer to  the VIP Membership page for details.)

You may also receive store credits through other small surprises—like leaving reviews or joining special promotions ^^

If you have store credit in your account, you can apply it directly at checkout.

Up to 20% of the order total can be redeemed per purchase.


Q: Are all items ready in stock? How long does shipping take?
Most of our products are ready stock ✨ 

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily unavailable, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

For bulk orders or special requests, feel free to reach us via Facebook Messenger, LINE, or email through the contact button on the top right.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days (excluding holidays).


Q: Why is there still a shipping fee even though I reached the free shipping threshold?

Free shipping is calculated based on the final amount after deducting store credits and discount codes.


Q: Can I change the shipping method or convenience store after placing an order?

If you need to change the shipping method, it may affect shipping fees. 

Just leave a message on your order or contact us via Facebook Messenger, LINE, or email—we’ll help you sort it out ☺️

Convenience store pickup locations can be changed once only. If the order has already been shipped, changes are no longer possible.


Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?
Once payment is completed, we’re unable to modify, add, or combine orders.

 This helps us keep inventory and processing accurate.

Q: What happens if I don’t pick up my convenience store order within 7 days?
If a package is not collected and returned, it may affect your convenience store payment-on-delivery eligibility.

To arrange reshipment, please contact us via Facebook Messenger, LINE, or email.


Q: Are online and in-store prices the same?
Yes, pricing is the same online and in-store.
However, promotions may vary from time to time—please refer to our website or in-store announcements for the latest updates✨
